After graduating from Boise State University, I realized that the United States lacked fresh, wholesome foods. As someone who believes in the importance of quality ingredients and artisanal pastries, I decided to follow my passion and travel to Paris to become a chef. I had the opportunity to complete my training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, focusing on both cuisine and pastry, before continuing under the tutelage of some of the best chefs in Belgium and Paris.
As Chef Jenna Leurquin, I am passionate about creating artisan pastries that combine indulgent flavors and decadent textures. I always emphasize the importance of savoir faire while fulfilling my most important role: bringing joy and a taste of European baking culture to our community.
Inspired by sweet childhood memories and traditional flavors, my hope is to innovate our pastries using the newest ingredients while maintaining a sense of simplicity and exclusivity.
